nope, there is not any sort of free therapy. I don't go to a huge University, they're only just getting dorms this year. We've looked around in the past, but the only sort of therapy in the area that was free or anything like that was for people under 16.

... ... Are you sure? I'm pretty sure schools are supposed to provide that - especially if they're now having dorms, of all things. Think about things like eating disorders, sexual assault, alcoholism, other serious mental illnesses - those can't not be addressed.
You should look up (your school) "University Counseling Center"...
When I went into what (I think?) was the center at my old uni, it was very... blah, stacks of pamphlets and a blank-faced receptionist - I think I've blocked out most of the experience, and maybe it was the wrong place? They were almost horrifically unhelpful and it didn't seem like they had anything at all, but like I said - later, I found out I could have had free counseling (and maybe gotten the failing grades removed, too, which hurt a lot...).

Ho-hum, maybe I've killed the thread for tonight?
I'm getting that creaky feeling around the eyes, so I'm off.
They say you can turn long term goals - turn off the computer for the whole night - into short-term ones - turn off the computer for three minutes - and that doing so can sneak around your resistance to letting go, because you can actually turn it on after the timer beeps. The three minutes can cut you loose, though, so you can escape to some other thing that needs doing.

I've tried doing schedules or routines in the past but everything falls through
school requires me to get up at an appropriate hour and I feel like I did something when I get back home
We had our nightly walk and two podcasts of Night Vale
