Aw, poor jacob :(
I hope you can take a nap later on, maybe?

I feel very active today!

I might try. Only if I can make it through all my work quicker though, I have a schedule right up until 8.30pm today so I'll need to create some spare time.

Maybe you're just stressed and that's why you can't sleep? I often have that, even if I'm tired and even if it's not a fully conscious stress.

It's just one of my fibro symptoms. Usually I can still get enough when I'm tired but not this week. My problem isn't with getting to sleep, it's that I constantly wake up in the night and so I usually lose about 20-25% of the time I'm "asleep" in actually being awake without remembering it. I only know because I have a sleep tracker.

Aww, then I'm really sorry you have to suffer that :( Ash has been sleeping like that for the past month or so and he's been very irritable, so I imagine it must be similar for you. Plus it's frustrating and tiring of course ;/
How does a sleep tracker work?

I don't know if it's that awful, I know of people who have it a lot worse than me so in a way I feel lucky lol. I do get a bit irritable sometimes. Mostly I just feel like I'm slogging through. It's hard but time to get up and carry on. Being tired isn't an excuse for me to not get on with things.

As far as I know, it records my pulse, rate of movement, and I don't know if there's anything else. It's in my smartwatch so it sits over my pulse on my wrist. It knows when you're sleeping by those things. I even checked by putting it in sleep mode and then sitting still and calm and keeping my heart rate as low as possible and it said I hadn't slept so it does know XD It's really useful for me to know averages, like I know I need 25% more time in bed than I actually want to sleep so I aim for 10 hours on the (very rare) occasions I have time for that.

That's pretty interesting! :qo: I don't really need a smartwatch, so I guess I'll never really know what's up with my sleep :qt: Isn't it uncomfortable to sleep in it tho?

No, it's quite light. And I got used to it really easily. I basically use it for sleep tracker and steps tracker XD it used to be my mum's and she got a new one pretty soon after getting it so she just handed it down lol.

I was also thinking about getting such a smart watch, also mainly for tracking my sleep activity and such.. But it's expensive if you want a good one :/
