What timezone and time is it that no more donations will be taken for "March"?
For example, most commonly, at midnight at the time the site uses or the main Admins use, any donations will turn over to the next month... However, I'm still unsure what timezone this site uses for these kind of things :3 Thus, the question(s).
Edit: Worded better: What is the latest you can make a donation for in a month in order for it to count that month and not go over to the next?

I am afraid we do not have a set time for stuff like this as we add the new set sometime when we have time between the last day of a month and the first day of the new month.
