When I feel depressed....I always do a jigsaw puzzle.
I don't know why, but it always makes me feel better, even if I don't finish it.
Loud, fast music also helps.

When I'm feeling depressed I tend to talk to my boyfriend, I take medication and I have counselling too so that helps. When I am feeling down I usually tend to play videogames as it makes me forget about my troubles and sadness for a little while, songs help me too, if I'm feeling depressed I sing a song that associates with how I feel, I really sing it out with my emotions.

Eat- well I tend to do that no matter how I feel . err
I guess It's like like stuffing the pain.
I need to substitute that for exercise though I rarely do that.
I am sure that will make me feel better about myself
Lately I have not wanted to go out at all, I've been a real home buddy.
Even to the point of not engaging in the normal activities I like to do.
I need a makeover or something.

I think that just maybe I'm coming out of my depression.
The thing is, when you reach the absolute bottom, you really can't fall any lower, and therefore your situation can only improve, and it does. Honest.
In the mean time...
Going for a walk- Helps clear your head and makes you feel free. Plus fresh air is always good. ^^
Learning to like yourself- Often in times of need you will feel alone. But that's okay. You've got you. And that's really the only person you need.
Escapism- Read a book, watch a movie, or just imagine, daydream, sleep... Just get away from the real world and whatever stress you're under.
Comfort eating- Chocolate, ben and jerrys... mmmm. Makes you happy for a while.
Music- Stick on some sad music and cry a bit. Then let go and listen to some happy/nostalgic music to raise your spirits. ^^
Making other people happy- Seeing someone smile because of you makes you feel worthy and you can learn to respect yourself.
Change your appearance drastically- Can make you feel like a new person.
And my personal favorite- anger, misery, frustration, any strong emotion is a form of passion. And passion fuels creativity. So turn it into something, draw, write, however you want to express yourself. It doesn't matter if it turns out crap because no one has to see it. Burn it, who cares? Start again.

when im depressed i like to be around hipper/happy people. it give my this happy high and makes me feel all warm inside. the only problem with that is when they leave i hit rock bottom again but still i like the feeling. i also like to listen to music, draw, sleep for long periods of time (the longest i've slept is 20 hours strait), play video games, Internet... really just anything that will get my mind off of things.

Well, when I'm all down, I think to myself "What's the point, you've already been sad like 50 million times already."

I just distract myself with something abstract. TV, internet, books, daydreaming, art, and sleep. Sometimes animals and babies and nature make me happy too.
