I am sorry. That's an error in the system. What you did was neither completing nor declining the quest, but canceling it.
We kind of missed that in our options and will fix it. The new quests will be available for people who canceled a quest soon, please give us some time.

It seems to be fixed now (I went and cancelled a quest from Fungus and then tried to get the second one because I'm impatient X))! Thank you so much, Firn! Ayame, you should try and see if you can do those quests, now!
