Well you easily get used to it, when you've got a pet that drops something every other minute :')
It's still really frustrating though. My clothes and hair are never safe either. >>
I think there are stains on every pair of jeans by now :')
But on electronics it's just not funny anymore... What if he ruins the keys of my laptop...

Hi Wilth, great to see you here! :D
And yeah he is haha. But what do you expect from a corvid :p

Ew Merry. :D
Maybe you should keep them more often in your cage then even if it's not that nice... ;)

I think he needs his freedom of flying around.

But I don't know much about Birds. :qhehe:

Hm, I'd prefer not to, I'm actually trying to keep him out of the cage as much as possible. Yeah, he shits, but he's a bird, can't blame him! I hope it'll be better when he grows up haha.
I bought him so he could be around me all the time. I want him as tame as possible. Letting him sit in the cage most of the time would have the opposite effect... if I choose to do that it'd be better for both of us if I just let him fly outside :o

Yes, especially because he's a corvid, he needs as much freedom as I can give him. So I just stick with cleaning his mess. :p

Then that's just the price I got to pay Julez, it's not as bad as it seems. At least not as bad as being locked up the whole day because you're just answering to the call of nature?

Yes I know he needs freedom, I understand that, really!
It's just as I'm not used to hear birds are not in a cage ;)

Let's be honest then, Julie, how many times do you hear about a corvid as a pet? :p
Small birds like canaries can be kept in a cage all day. Parrot like birds like lovebirds, budgies and parakeets can be too but already prefer a bit more attention like that.
But a bird like a jackdaw is a big and wild bird. They need to spread their wings. And a cage like mine is just not big enough... it's only suitable for the night, in my opinion. :)
And I hope to let him loose in my room at night as well, soon ^_^

Hahaha yeah indeed. Well trust me, he's worth it :D
All the energy he costs me...

Actually, I know someone who lets his bird out like three times a day to fly around. BELIEVE ME! Compared to that bird.. Julez is a nice bird!
