I think the lowest number I've ever saw any user get was in the high 300's, so while I'm sorry the change is necessary, it makes a lot of sense! Thanks, Firn.

Even if people buying Knuffel were to somehow benefit the site, it actually isn't that hard to get a Knuffel. You can get up to 1k per day by submitting your score on a game. It's pretty easy to do that on Memory. I'm not sure if you can get 1k per day per game, but even if you can't, you still only need to play for three days before you get enough for a Knuffel; if you join a couple of hours before server midnight, then only two. And since we get Trial Knuffel nowadays and you get to dig with them, if your Trial Knuffel finds any food points during this time, this time limit gets shorter, too.Firn wrote:That's a strange way of logic you have here: You say that you can't be bothered to be active in the forums, and that's why you are inactive. According to your logic, I don't really see how activity would profit from cheaper Knuffel. How many Knuffel you adopt and how much you feed and play with them, has no impact on anything here at all, expect for how much server performance you take up with your actions. (And of course, since you earn food from leveling your Knuffel, it would have an impact on inflation, assumed you would trade with other users) It does not raise activity in the forums, nor does it help pay the site's bills.
Now, there is nothing wrong if playing and feeding your Knuffel is all you want to do on this site. That's completely up to you. I just don't see how the site would profit from you playing and feeding with even more Knuffel.
Actually, you can't dig with a Wild which is why I didn't bring that possibility up, but yes, you can buy a Wild for a lot cheaper and then sell the Knuffel items it gives you every 10 levels. I don't think it'd make it faster than 3-day time limit I suggested since while getting to the first 10th level isn't that hard, Wild Knuffel items aren't really all that worth much from what I've seen.FlowerRuby wrote:@Ziaheart: You could also get a wild since they can get really cheap like 1.1k and then dig with them.
