Sounds like I need to get my butt in gear and finish the quest I'm on so I can get a look at the new stuff!

The difficulty depends on how much material, and what kind of material you have to collect.
Right now we habe 25 Level 0 Quests, 7 Level 1 ones, 37 Level 2 Quests, 28 Level 3, 26 Level 4 and 6 Level 5 Quests. They are not even, but there are around 70 Level 0-2 Quests and around 60 Level 3-5 Quests, so I'd say they are overall distributed quite equally over all different difficulty levels.
