I really liked Rhysand from A Court of Thorns and Roses. I cant put my finger on why I like him, I just really liked his character.
He was flirty but not to much that it was bleh. But hes also funny and serious. He was made out to be the bad guy in the first book and then in the sexond one he ended up being the good guy, sorta.

Eragon - Inheritance Cycle
Sophronia - Etiquette and Espionage

I like almost all of the characters from School for Good and Evil because they're too funny

Madame Daeng from the Dr. Siri series by Colin Cotterill! I like how she has so much class, she's one of the most dangerous people in the books, and at the same time she totally ignores dignity in favor of humor and pragmatism. I really like her.
Plus, the way she cures rheumatism is the best thing ever.
