I wouldn't kill a cow, not even for survival. I do eat meat, but I don't mind going without it. I actually don't eat a lot of meat in general, though that's got to do with meat not coming cheap anyway. Should probably eat more for its vitamins...

But yeah, I won't be killing anything. I can't even buy dead fish with a head attached cause I just can't take off the head myself. I don't know why since it's already dead. I just can't do it (I'm thinking of stuff like eel and mackerel).

Not to a slaughterhouse but id definitely kill my own meal no problem
