My aunt has sweet pea body spray.
She sprays me with it all the time.
Things like flowery scents and cleaning products give me headaches.
Yes. Well, it was their idea and what they wanted to draw.
No one forced people to like it or to even look at it.
If they didn't like it, they should have moved on.

^ the art
In her more recent art of the character, her detractors continued to accuse her of making the character too thin, tagging her work with “#fatphobia” and other accusatory descriptions, though the artwork doesn’t appear significantly dissimilar to the official imagery from the cartoon.
Part of the “evidence” that she was transmisogynistic included her using the words “dude” and “man” as interjectory statements while talking to a woman, then joking about the word use. Over time, Zamii created a list of rebuttals and explanations, including apologies, to many of the accusations of transmisogyny and problematic elements in her art. In response to claims of racism against Native Americans, she wrote, “ have apologized for it countless times and have deleted the picture within a few days of posting it.”
And it continues.
The artist that was bashed for making Garnet lighter:

People bitched that he colored a black female light and it was racist.

I'm sorry. She shouldn't be spraying you with it if you don't like it.
Oh, you can't hardly tell that she's thinner. I was thinking more like this, which is definitely not the same character.
And white-washing coloured people would be racist. This one looks like she's lighter from a light point (at least on her palms -- can't tell where the light on her face is coming from) but seriously, Hollywood white-washes people all the time and there's no need for us to do it. I was super happy when this TV series made the black woman leader of the good guys... and super mad when they made it so that she was actually double agent and leader of the bad guys. Why she gotta be evil just 'cause she black, yo? And of course the person who stepped up to be the leader of the good guys? Young white man. So fucking typical.

I don't notice she's doing it until it's too late xD
I doesn't bother me, but it does attract bees >~>
Right. I tend to just ignore fanart I don't like it.
What's hard to just ignore is fetish art with characters I love in it.
I don't care about fetishes, but some look so stupid to me.
And when it's a stupid one with a favorite character, it irritates me.
I still move on, though xD
Speaking of which...
I started saying "Why it gotta be black 8u?" with random things.
I had a white guy in my class say "IT'S BECAUSE I'M BLACK ISN'T IT >:,U" and it was hilarious.
I'll never forget that.
There was a problem with a new Netflix show that had a majority of black characters.
People bitched that it was so racist.
xD

I thought it gave you headaches, though?
Bees are always attracted to me even though I never wear fragrances. So who knows. Maybe they'll like you regardless of the sweet pea spray.
What. Why is that racist?

No, things like candles and stuff do.
Body sprays usually don't bother me.
xD
I was told they follow people that resemble flowers.
Bright colors and such.
I wear BLACK >8u
Because America.
It's a black superhero show with mostly black characters.
The lack of white characters is apparently racist.

Oh, weird. I can usually take candles more than body sprays. But then again, I never light them. lol I just stick them in drawers to make my clothes smell nice because I'm a weird person. Also hard to spray a lot of candle on your person while a lot of people spray a lot of perfume and stuff on themselves.
Yeah, I think bees are colourblind except maybe red? But they see different spectrum so maybe they can feel your body heat? I don't know.
Well, is the setting logically mostly black?

Oh man, I love scented candles xD
I had about 12 of them not long ago.
I had one bugging me earlier.
I didn't have any spray or anything on xD
I told my aunt I should become a beekeeper u,8
I'm not sure. I think it takes place in Harlem.
I think there is a large population of black people there, ne?
Or at least I've only seen black people mention Harlem.
I don't know, never left my state except once. To Florida. 8,u

Man, me too. But I never run out because I never light them.
So weird. It's so early in the season. But then again, I guess where you are is a lot warmer than where I am.
Maybe you should! Do something nice for the bees. They're pretty awesome. Even though I'm scared of them.
I guess it really depends on the era and the area. According to wikipedia only 40% of the population were black in 2008. It wouldn't be odd to have all black cast but it wouldn't be odd to have other ethnicities thrown in there, either, I suppose..

I sometimes don't want to light them because they'll burn out.
But I was told the point to candles is to burn them xD
I'm that way with cute and pretty food too.
When I see beautiful cakes, I don't want to eat them.
It's hot as hell here Bu
I like bees. I've been stung by a few, but mostly WASPS >>
I Hate wasps.
My aunt knocked a nest down the other day and the wasp came back and was so confused.
I've never seen an insect look so confused >XD
I used to watch a lot of sitcoms from around the 70s, and black characters would always mention Harlem.
So I assumed it would be mostly black and Hispanic people.
I actually live in an area that's about even with blacks, whites and Mexicans.
The school I grew up in was like that too, and I guess maybe that's why no one I knew was racist/prejudice.
We all were witch each other for years, I grew up with a lot of kids in my class.
I met my two besties around kindergarten and we stayed really close until I dropped out.
I found them on Facebook, but I'm too scared to contact them xD

Naw, man. I never light candles. I put them in drawers and make my clothes smell nice. But I want to eat all the pretty cakes.
I'm still wearing sweaters and winter jackets. lol
I've only been stung once by a bee. Actually, I stung myself with a bee. She was hanging out around my elbow and I absentmindedly grabbed my arm and ended up with the bee in my hand. I shook my hand until the bee fell out, stinger and all. She flew away with her stinger still attached. It was weird. Hurt like hell, though.
lol I can't imagine a confused looking wasp.
Well, historically it was apparently black neighbourhood. But that was in the 30s?
I live in an area that's mostly Asian. We still get a lot of racist pricks, though.
That's great. I like it when you get super closely knit at school. My middle school was like that. I started going there when they were making a transition to turn into highschool so no new people ever came in and people never left because each year they'd add a grade to the top and take out the bottom grade. It was nice.
The game prize was taken down and replaced due to lack of interest.
