Eh, it's not a big deal. I was a little upset, but I knew it was probably for the best. lol

We did have a nice time.

It's definitely worth a watch. It's really good. Though I wish that there were more women in it. I feel like that about most movies though.

Kevin's actual birthday was yesterday and we partied together. haha.
We went to school for my one class that day, then went to a game store where he bought a game, and then we went to his grandparents house. That was niceish until his grandfather was talking on the phone to one of his friends that apparently is a fucking idiot. Kevin's granddad apparently thought it was completely normal to have a mini conversation with someone on the phone while having guests. Then he brought up the topic of his son accidentally going to Disney World on one of 'the queer days', his words not mine, and how he didn't want his kids to see two guys kissing. Kevin and I immediately balk at this and say 'what's wrong with two men kissing?!' And then Kevin's grandfather says something like 'she's really young, like 18 I think'. And I'm like uhhh. No. I'm 23. Your grandson just turned 25, do you think he was a pedophile when we started dating? And then the guy on the phone rants about how immoral I am thinking that it's okay for men to kiss and that I was raised immorally. I am simply stunned by this. Who the fuck does this ass face think that he is? Calling me immoral! He's the immoral one thinking that gay people don't deserve the same rights that straight people do! Anyway. Then I said, I bet if it was two women you would have been perfectly fine with it. And both assholes completely and enthusiastically agree! Oh, it's not gross if it's two women! Especially if I'm in the middle. Huhhuh, ya know what I mean? Talk about fucking double standards. Your morals are really bad if it's okay for two women to kiss to AROUSE you, but two men kissing because they're in love is gross. AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also Kevin's grandfather insinuated that people who are raped are 'doing something stupid'. And I almost lost it at that one. I'm like, yeah, I'm sure that my mom was a fucking moron at the age of 5 and totally deserved to get raped. Not to mention the rest of my aunts, most of my female cousins, and 1 out of 4 women. I must not have been QUITE as stupid as the rest of those women because I only got molested, but it was still totally my fault even though I was only 11 and I stupidly thought that I could trust my biological father. Silly me.

Things got understandably awkward after that so we left. Ugh. I HATE conservatives. They're just so goddamned stupid. They should send them all back to school for some really basic fucking education.

Then we went to Hammerhead's restaurant which was pretty nice. I didn't feel super good during it because I was getting one of my rage induced headaches. But after some Ibuprofen I was feeling a bit better. I also remembered that I'm perioding and that contributed to the crappy feeling.

Really? I usually like male characters more. A lot of times they make the girls really annoying. Or maybe I'm easily annoyed?

Man, guys like that are assholes. I know a few who think that way. My sisters father in law is pretty stupid like that, it sounds like some shit he'd say. Sorry you had to listen to that.

That's because men apparently don't know how women act in real life. The film industry is male dominated, there are barely any women (especially those that aren't white) directors/script writers for anything besides chick flicks. If they made women more realistic acting you'd probably like the characters more.

I really like most things by Joss Whedon. He has strong and stupid women in his shows/movies. But he does fall to some of the stereotypical tropes. Especially the mystical pregnancy and the evil demon seductress.

I often wish to kick people in the face. I can get my leg pretty high up but I am really short. So unless they're laying down I fail. I can kick people in the groin though.

We had fried mac and cheese balls as an appetizer. Kevin had an elk burger with Grippo (it's a barbque chip around here) seasoned fries. I had pulled pork with garlic and herb fries.

It was all good, but my pulled pork was a little dry for my taste. And the barbque sauce they had on the table was really thin so it fell off a lot.

Well, have you seen the new X-men? Days of Future Past? Mystique is pretty mulch-dimensional in it. Not just a one trick trope like lots of movies.

I am also crazy tired. I always hate working late. You don't have time to do anything else between sleeping and working. sucks.

It was pretty good! They put hollandaise sauce on it, which I've never had before. I liked them, but they're definitely a once in a while treat. Too heavy to eat often. I also like thicker BBQ sauce so it stays on my food! lol

Today was my last day of class. I don't have to take the finals because I got As. Yay!

I got 529 points out of 500 in my Intro class and like 485 out of 500 in my history class. Hope this brings up my shitty GPA. lol

They're mostly good. The Last Stand isn't awesome. But it's alright. The first Wolverine movie should never be watched. It makes people cry because it's so bad. lol First Class would probably be okay since you haven't read the comics right?

Yay for getting things done! I've been getting a lot done! I have a detailed plan on cleaning the house. And I've actually been implementing it. Haha! My bathroom is almost completely clean and today I've been cleaning the back room. It's really hard to breathe because of all the dust and stuff. Ugh. I hope when we get the whole house clean it'll be easier to breathe.

I have an appointment with an audiologist on the 1st to see if I need hearing aids. I don't know how I feel about that. I know that I have a really hard time hearing people, but I'd be really sad if I'm going Deaf.

It's taking a lot of time at the moment. lol. And some parts of the house look worse while I'm cleaning stuff out. There's a huge pile of clothes/towels/etc in the hall that need to be washed plus like 3 or 4 huge boxes I need to break down. And that's not even half of the room cleaned. Haha. Slowly but surely wins the race.

Well, it's never been awesome. But it's getting worse. I have to have subtitles on everything I watch because sometimes, even when it's at the highest volume, I can't hear it well enough to make out the words.

I've had it tested when I was young but they said it was normal.

I think my dad is losing his vision... sometimes it blacks out and he can't see. It may have to do with him welding since he was young. My mom's eyes are also kind of bad? The doctor said something about her eye shape and retina detachment or pulling, I don't know.
