I've heard about people who had cancer to have their 5 year check up. But to be honest the only people I knew personally that had cancer never got that far.
So I'm glad you are at this point. :}

Where I go is very meticulous about it all so first two years it was one every three months, the next two or three are every six, and then once a year until ten years have passed

Yeah. Most of them are just blood draw and doctor visit but some have scans and stuff
This most recent one did. Dad snoozed whenever he could cuz for him it was pretty much leave work, get home, wait a couple of hours, hospital with me for several hours

I have a scan scheduled Tuesday
So I'll be trying to finish this cosplay and hoping like heck the potential pattern I found I can get and that I don't run out of pipe cleaners
