I think it's more in the student's approach to the exercise than the instructor being big bad sports person (or whatever). The first few times you do the exercise and hear the instructor say "ooh, that feels sooo good!" and you go "bitch, you crazy! o.O" But after you've done it a few times you get better at it and it doesn't bother you taht much, so you actually begin to agree that it feels good XD

Ugh, I feel you. And besides that, I'm fraking out because my period is 1 day late, and I've looked at my period schedule and it's never been late this year, ever. A few days earlier, yes. Later than 28 days, nope. So I'm abit stressed and I wonde rif it's maybe because of me actually exercising regularly this past month (and maybe didn't eat enough? didn't feel like it). 2, that might be some inner stress I don't consciously feel, but it's there. 3, maybe it's just this month when the first time this year, my period wil come late. But I can't stop freaking out even though I've tried distracting myself all day. And I wonder if I should go buy the pregnancy test and do it, or wait till the morning, because then it should be more reliable. I don't know. I gotta go shopping anyways, so maybe on my way here I'll buy a test. And decide what to do with it later -.- Idk, I'm a mess today.

I know it's not much, but it's also not like we use a proper form of protection either (in fact interruptus isn't deemed a protection so x.x). And we've been pretty active during the fertile time so that's why I'm slightly worried. I'm probably going to get it soon like in a few hours or during the night or tomorrow. But it's stil stressfull, especially looking at my period statistics from this year. I'm trying to reason with myself that it may be caused by many things, but you know how this things get all over your head and you can't shake them no matter what you do.
I had the opportunity to buy a pregnancy test in the market, but decided against it. I'd hate to come home finding out that the flow has come and I've spent the money unncecessarily, even if it's not much. XD
But yeah, I'll try to wait for it, it's probably because of the lifestyle change. Maybe. Hopefully. The time is so not right, even if I want it x.x

I used to have it every month, now it's not bad, I can live through few more days XD
