I'd like to get at least one game from each generation so I can get the Legendaries. Or some of them anyway. I think generation 2 will be the hardest to get since the DS versions are selling for a ridiculous price.

those are the remakes of Gen 2 but are counted as Gen 4 because they have some of the gen 3 and 4 pokemons in them now but the legendaries are all the same + some from other generations <3

Yeah, have you seen how much sellers are asking for them??? Upwards of $60.
