it's awkward watching donald be a nazi. idk how to describe it. there's a weird disconnect between the subject matter and .. everything else.. the way it looks like a disney cartoon and features a beloved character, i guess?
it's why old timey political cartoons from disney are so fascinating and weird. i like them but they are mortifying at the same time. the one i saw involving japanese people was pretty shocking, but we're well out of war-time now. we don't dehumanize people like that .. as much.

it sounds like a tough time for your mom. she gets mad, begins to curse, but sounding like donald is not a recipe for being taken seriously. frustrated, she curses more... an endless cycle
