I like the one on the right more.
If you really want to draw chibis, you should just keep doing it.
My first chibi was very ugly.
Now people seem to like my current style.

Wilth - This could be useful! You can move the hands around to the right position ^__^
http://www.posemaniacs.com/category/type/modelKC - Chibis can be quite hard can't they... it's about getting the deformé right so that it doesn't look like a badly drawn full-size... (not that yours do!)
I like the one on the right too. I think maybe the one on the left's body is a little too big for a chibi?

I dunno I think it's the face.
It should be fatter, more puffed out.
But that's just my two cents.
I'm not a chibi expert.
I just draw a lot of them.
