Potato flour is flour that's actually flour that's made from the common "Irish" potato, and it makes me sick because all nightshades (potato, tomato, peppers, eggplant, etc) does it to me. Some people with type A blood are just really sensitive to the things.
Or trippy enough to start with that they send them over the edge. LOL
Hope you have a good day at work today, Sephy. *hug*

That's the first i've even heard of potato flour myself, the flour we use here is all made out of wheat.

I went about 6 years myself on my last pair, mostly due to not being able to get my eyes checked or anything since I'd gotten my last pair, Only had this new pair a year and it took a bit to adjust to them but I really like them, though I wish I had a backup pair at times just to be able to not worry about if one accidentally breaks.

I get my eyes checked every year, and I actually have to get new glasses every year. Though now luckily my eyes are starting to get better? My prescription went back to what it was a few years ago.

Last eye doctor I talked to(prior to the one being mentioned below) said I didn't need to get checked more then once every other year, we just couldn't afford to do it for the past 6 years, Thought I'd found a new eye doctor, but after they went making an appointment for me without my permission, I'm not sure if I want to go back to them.
