I'm trying to breed a shiny Eevee. I'd like to get a foreign Ditto to make it a bit easier. If I keep it up I'll have so many Eevees to Wondertrade that it will take me a week to get rid of them all.

I got a couple of new Skylanders characters to use in my game yesterday. I can't get the portal to recognize one of them.

'S ok! I just needed to vent a bit. Apparently it's a known problem. I'll just have to mess with it when I have more time and can have the space to lay stuff out.

Yeah, apparently the portal doesn't recognize the RFID tag in the bottom of the character sometimes. I guess it's a frequency issue. One of the fixes has been the elevate the figure above the portal, but the distance above the portal is variable from what I've been reading. Anywhere from 1/2 to 4 inches.

I was working with it last night and I couldn't hold the figure and my DS steady enough at the same time. >.< So I need to find something to prop the character up on.

try setting the DS down on a flat surface and hold the figure with both hands? oxo
