You're welcome

It's all right until you get that person who is an asshat for no reason
And then another
And another
And by the end of the day, it feels like they're all you dealt with

Gets worse when Kingdom Bound shows up
It shows the ugly end of christans. They've destroyed property before and the parents protested
And it was a week long
Now it's slowly dropping days, it's currently at four days, as I recall
Which means three less days of brats throwing "holy" water around, throwing bibles at the employees, trashing the cabins and campers, ignoring directed traffic, trashing the park, and having sex in the bathroom rafters
And their security people tend to be assholes too

Holy parakeets, who would have guessed a religious group could be such nightmarish guests o_o
Hopefully the higher ups eventually figure out they aren't worth the trouble and tell them flat out no.

That sounds a lot like my old fast food job. Everything would be fine until someone started the chain of bad attitude and it just kept going and going until the end. I started working a seasonal job at an ice cream job, and that's been the biggest difference. Most people seem to be in pretty good moods when they come for ice cream.

That's why I got out of the retail world! People would be terribly rude for no good reason! Why can't you just be polite to people!!! :mcshout:

I have seen many a Christian with a 'holier-than-thou' attitude. I wish the rest realized that that's a lot of the reason Christians are starting to get a bad rap. There are a lot that are the nicest, kindest people you'll ever meet. Unfortunately they are overshadowed by the entitled, rude brats that think they can do whatever they want.

EDIT: Welcome, Knittens! Pull up a cushion!

I was always curious to do a brain study on people when they go to a retail store or fas food place and see what kind of activity happens. I feel like there's some kind of primal tendencies that must trigger or something.

Hello there Luvloveless! Thank you for the welcome~

Couple of words got eaten

Kingdom bound kids: -trash camper/cabin-
Park: -sends parents repair bill-
Parents: my precious can do no wrong baby didn't do that!!!1!!!131!! Now where's my deposit!
Park: this is the state the cabin ended up in after your kid destroyed it. You are not getting your deposit back!

I think the only reason the park keeps hosting it is for the money
But it's also run by contract, so someday I hope whoever gets the park realizes the trouble and when the kb group is all "yoooooo we wanna take over again!" the owner(s) reply with "considering the harassment and danger given to our employees that's been recorded yearly by both kb staff and guests, no."

Or sommat

Those people just do not sound like Christians to me. isn't a part of Jesus' teaching to be considerate to other's. :}

It's also part of the most ignored parts

They cherrypick and follow what's convenient

I've noticed that growing up in a mostly Roman-Catholic town. :}
