yes, the Elk head is correct. one of the Quests from the King requires making an Elk Head for him.
idk what happens if you give an incorrect answer?

Yeah I think I did that quest already so I half remembered it. I wasn't sure though, that's why I was worried I'd get it wrong. I need so many yellow balloons and artichokes for my current quest and I didn't want to back out of it to visit him.

Yes you can, because apparently all the special Halloween currency is tradeable. So you can gather more and give them away. I just handed mine in and I had 27 lol.

uhh, you might be able to? i have no idea, i think it depends on the different tasks. so say there's 15 tasks. as long as you complete 15 separate tasks, you can get all the items? iunno....
as for coming here to talk about the event........xD it was more "come here to talk about free items" and they halloween items ARE technically free....xD i thought, since there wasn't a halloween chat, we could post the items of the day here...

i have loads of yellow balloons and 51 groundsel, i can give you as much as you want. i missed out on muffins, so if anyone can trade me 15 of those i'd be grateful

you get the tasks in the order they become available. unless you skip a task it's fine even if you did not log in for a whole day
