Once you get enough knuffels and level them the FP comes a lot easier, if you dig everyday. Right now I'm averaging 2-4k a day, and 1-2 digging items a week. :3
Edit: ...which felt really cool until Lilandra posted her numbers. :P

I make around 10k  (sometimes even 12k or 13k) per day with digging.
