I used to have these stress balls
were actually just balloons filled with flour
was fun though..
until they exploded XD

yes it sounds like bubble wrap.
this stress ball is like one of those slime balls that must be wrapped in some sort of plastic covering [hence the popping] & then wrapped in a nylon sleeve thing.
i know this because now is leaking lol

ms, i use to make those stress balls with flour too! those are fun, like you said, til they pop & get everywhere
