an important update considering Treasure Trove non-monthly sets

what does it mean for you? if you've already made a request, you don't
have to change anything or panic, you will only need to prioritize for
future requests. if a new set is released and you want it more than a
set you've requested, please keep me informed so that I don't buy
something you aren't that eager for. though of course, you can't ask
to switch a new set for something you already got. if you don't want
to give up anything in your current request, just include the new set in
your next request when the time comes. I hope the new rules are clear
