(It's not a skin reaction, I'm literally allergic to the smell XD Or rather probably a chemical that's commonly used to make things smell. Since I also react to some cleaning products. It's really annoying.)

(That really sucks, tbh. Is it even possible to make something without an allergy-triggering smell, of all things? :O)

(I think so. There are some perfumes that don't trigger a reaction so I guess it really is a particular chemical that's commonly used but not used everywhere either.)
