She was laughing when she said it, and her own closet full of clothes had been collected over a lifetime. She might even have been poking fun at herself. But I know she loved to tease, to the amazement of many people, who thought her prim, proper, and lacking a sense of humour.

I wore the jersey leggings under a soft grey skirt today, and it was very very comfortable. It also made trying on the jean skirt that a friend is making for me easier.

I wore the leggings and skirt again today. SO comfortable. And when the wind blew the skirt against my legs, all anyone saw was baggy legging ankles. XD I don't regret the big cost of the leggings anymore. They're nice to have.

I just wear jeans myself, not really a skirt person, but I may try adding leggings to go under my jeans for a little extra warmth.

I used to live in jeans. But I've found that a nice long skirt gives me more freedom of movement. I like to keep my bases covered, too, and modern pants are designed to show as much of the butt as possible. Not ashamed of my butt. It's just not a show! lol
