That aftertaste is much more noticeable when there's nothing else to dilute it

I think if I do that again less onion powder, see if that helps

Onion powder
Garlic powder
Parsley flakes
Dried rosemary
Poultry gravy powder
And their premade gravy

Rosemary has a strong aftertaste as well on it's own. I love the taste though. :}

Could be. If you are not used to the taste it is something of an odd thing. :}
