I think if I do that again less onion powder, see if that helps

Onion powder
Garlic powder
Parsley flakes
Dried rosemary
Poultry gravy powder
And their premade gravy

Rosemary has a strong aftertaste as well on it's own. I love the taste though. :}

Might've been that then, cuz it wasn't a familiar one and I'm fairly familiar with onion powder aftertaste
