Sorry for not posting in a while.
I was hoping to have something to actually share but I don't xD;
People say it's easy. If it's so easy and so easy to make it - why are there people better than others?
Because they worked their way up.
Just like you do with any art.
I love both of those, MoodyBats x3

Thank you.
I also recently made my own prompt for inktober.
Debating to release it on my social media or not though.
Not sure.
I might make a hashtag to see if anyone uses it on instagram.
I think I decorated it really cutely.

I see some familiar usernames. Hello to you guys. Not sure if you remember me (this is xll_liano7_llx, I finally got rid of that horrible username) but I remember some of you (esp Moi).
Hello to people I've never spoken to before. I'm just her passing by. Maybe chat if anyone would like
I've finished a couple of pieces lately but I think I've made the most breakthrough with this chibi artwork since it helped me standardize how I do hair coloring and I'm quite proud of it. I've been having a hard time with coloring for a long time now so I feel like I'm slowly gaining more traction with it.
Regarding traditional art vs digital, I actually find traditional art to be more difficult these days. have a really hard time when I draw in notebooks (I find that the surface area isn't sufficient). Watercolor is also more difficult for me and takes more patience. But it makes sense since I have spent much more time doing digital art than traditional art. In any case, both are equally good if done skillfully. I guess more people prefer traditional stuff though cause they're tangible and more difficult to mass produce.

MoodyBats: About Inktober - digital is okay, right?
I can't draw as good on paper, but I usually don't see people using digital for this challenge.
llianya: I remember you too x3
8U I love that art ~
The hair is awesome x3
A big problem I have when doing traditional is drawing the eyes. They never look the same. One will look good and the other just ugly.
And my family says "They both look good!" or "They don't need to match!"
Like...YES. THEY NEED TO MATCH. o___O
You can't have a bowling ball next to a golf ball and call it good >8u

@Moi
Definitely since I am doing digital as well as I see many artists
drawing and painting digitally for it.

I remember seeing some digital art for Inktober previously. They aren't that many but they exist.
@Moi:
Hey hey how've you been?
And I guess the cheat with that is to go 3/4 view?
I'm personally not overly bothered with making the eyes look 100% the same since most people in real life don't have completely symmetrical eyes. Same for eyebrows.
And I guess I draw 3/4 view most of the time too. I do the flip thing for digital art though. For pretty much the entire face (except the nose and mouth).
Oh and thank you! I've really had a shitty time with coloring for the past few months. It was making me feel distressed as heck so that means a lot.

I remember your name o.o but my memory is very bad lol I'm sorry, but your art looks really good!! I do love the hair in that!
Ahh I'm not ready for Inktober D: Not attracted to any prompts either. I have a lot of other things to do, but I'll try some simple copic art I guess.
I got a new ipad (not the pro, the regular one) and the apple pencil so I can draw when I'm visiting my relatives! I wish there was SAI for ipad though ;-; I love SAI so much haha
I've been posting a bit on the site paintberri, where like the old tegaki site, you can draw images and reply with drawn images too so you can roleplay with characters like a comic book! It can be fun, so I'm trying to revive a few old characters to use for rp'ing, it's been fun just working on them.
Like this. Anyway it's an interesting site.
Speaking of original characters, does anyone here have a toyhouse account? Let me know if you do, cause I love to see people's characters >o<
Here is Dyani's profile, the character I drew for paintberri. Still mostly images lol though I have some info written down about her.

Hey Ashiya! I remember you too. At first, I wasn't sure if you were the same person but I checked your dA and I was correct since your username and your coloring style are pretty distinct.
What app do you use on the iPad then?
And I have a TH account but I don't really upload characters on there. I mainly just browse the site to look for commission work;;;;
Dyani's hair looks lovely btw.

:D you really think so? I want to have a more consistant style but it's hard for me!
I use procreate, and I think I'll experiment more with medibang, but procreate is easier to use for me. I was tempted to get clip studio paint since it's very nice on pc, but unfortunately it's a subscription-only program on the ipad and it's kinda expensive D:
Ohhh you have to tell me how you find work on there then

I only ever got one commission from there, even though I have a commission thread that I bump sometimes.
And thank you ^^ I hope you post more stuff when you can!

MoodyBats: Then maybe I can do that next year 8u
I really...never finish anything >xD;
Inktober and Goretober require dedication and I'm totally irresponsible 8u;
I've been okay. Had some ups and downs and two of my pets died, but other than that okay 8u
And yeah, the eyes don't really need to match 100%, but they still need to look similar enough to me, I guess xD
I'll like draw one big and can't draw the other one the same size.
It's like a defect in me u8
You're welcome x3
I get what you mean. I'll start coloring sometimes and get frustrated and quit because I can't seem to do it right anymore.
I tried to start Goretober early because I've never finished.
I have most of mine sketched.
I mostly traced over the same base, though.
There's a certain art style I don't get to use much, so I decided it'd be easier to just trace an old sketch, so I'm doing great u8
