I feel bad breaking things.
And if it's in public, I'm so embarrassed.
It's nice to know workers aren't all "YOU STUPID BITCH".
But when I break something, I wait to be yelled at.
And I hate getting yelled at,
So it creates a lot of tension.
But often people are like "It's okay, it was just a glass."

yeah we aren't allowed to yell at customers. And we have to act propper until we close and they all leave.
