I was thinking it's either Ichigo Momomiya or Madoka Kaname from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica.

It is Madoka! The title character of a show that translates to Magical Girl Madoka Magica and is also the only one in the show that ISN'T a magical girl for the majority of the show! Yay! I made my boyfriend watch it with me and he said it made him feel like a creepy old man. And then all the shit hit the fan and he said it was really good... but it still made him feel like a creepy old man.

It's in the upper-left corner. There's a scene where he starts yelling 'Bored!' and shoots at it until John takes the gun away.

And I've never seen Madoka. Everyone seems to know a lot more anime than me! lol... I think I thought of an idea to dress as, so let me try really quick...
