My TFT is broken again :( the Powersupply, I think. Cannot fix it on my own... why do those things always brake, when they run out of guaranty?

Is a TFT the battery of the computer? My brother's battery recharger broke for his laptop, and my other brother had to buy a new one for him. It's weird, because my brother's computer is a year younger than mine's, but my battery is just fine. The only problem with this old laptop is that it's never recovered from the virus it got. ^__^;

Anyways, I suspect that things break after the warranty because the company who made these things made it so (so people would have to continue buying them.) It's all a conspiracy created by evil businessmen who pollute the world with crap. >__>

Ah sorry...the language-thing..
thin film transistor: TFT
It's my desktopcomputer-monitor.. and inside there's kinda mainboard that manages the powersupply, and this thing might be broken.
"never recovered from the virus"... why oO? Didn't u make the OS new after that? Well... I don't always after Virus, but most of them aren't to bad so I can kill em on my own without setting the system up again ^^ but..chrm.. u should do after a virus xD
I wont buy a new monitor soon. No money. Gonna try to fix it or use an older one. I still have the laptop I could use for a while oO.

Ahh. Wow, that's rough.

What's an OS? I'm not very tecchy, so I don't know the computer terms. XD; It was a pretty serious virus. I'm not very good at explaining it, but my computer kinda went laggy because it has twice as much information as it did before due to some virus stuff that can't be completely removed without wiping everything on my computer. XD;
