I find it even more satisfying to tell sth to my parents when it's already safe. They tend to overract and be all over it even if I am like "noooo guys, it's not 100% sure yet, keep calm!" :D That's why.

Lool, jacob, I'm the same! XD I notice that whenever I share something with anyone, there's higher chance it won't happen. But sometimes it's too exciting to not share it, because I get too overwhelmed XD I try to avoid doing it though, unless it's Ash. I don't recall Ash ever jinxing anything for me

We didn't get much sleep tonight, Cotton&Candy were going nuts ;___; We put a lot of stuff on top of their cage so they wouldn't break out, and they didn't, but they kept on trying to jump up... And when they couldn't, they began searching for the way out by digging their floor, made of plexi XD And when that didn't work, they were just biting on the wood and really loudly. So at 6 am we've had enough and we put them into their new favorite place: the bedding container. But Candy escaped from there anyways XD So at 7 we managed to catch them both and put them in the cage, and then we slept till about 10, the rats were sleeping as well.
And now they're out, running all over the room again, but this time they come out to me more often and they even enter my sleeves for a few seconds, so I'm happier ;u; Ash laughs at me whenever I say "oh, hi, you came out to me! :D"

Hopefully they will get used to not being able to get out of the cage once you have the cover and it will be like that all the time unless you specifically let them out?
They might just have been irritated that they couldn't get out because they're used to being able to just jump out.
Holding my thumbs that they'll get used to being in the cage during the night without keeping you awake!

Hopefully they'll learn once we get the cover, which will be tomorrow if we're lucky. But we have to suffer through this night as well...
And yeah, they were definitely like wtf, I wanna come out! XD
