Awwww, his ears don't show too well, but his mom's do. He's still wet, he's so new. Awww.

Sorry. Not really a kitten or puppy person, but show me a baby calf and I'm gonna go dotty.

Oh, and I thought of another reason I don't like glitter. Micro glitter's bad for the ocean.

I'd feel bad for a fish that would end up eating glitter.. crap is like glass >->

Tam Tam! There was this cow that was sick, so it was sent to the CARE facility down in texas. Its a rescue sanctuary for big cats. Sick cows end up kitty food... >x>

but there is a good part to this story.. kinda... depending on how its looked at. xD

Sick cow gets put down, bullet to the brain because they can't feed kitties cow meat full of chemicals.. Cow tummy moved.. IT WAS PREGGIES! D8 so Derek and his wife who own the facility rushed to do a c-section on the dead cow. Baby cow was born premature but healthy and was adopted to a farm not too far away from CARE ovo baby cow lived!

Aww. Yay for the calf. With how people are about animals now days I'm surprised they'll feed sick cows to the cats.

Which reminds me. I ate dog food.

I've eaten dog food and cat food.. the kibble stuff, not the wet food o3o,

the CARE facility gets more questions and hate on how they kill the cows and horses that are donated to them more than questions of 'is it safe to feed them a sick animal?' like so much 'rawr your sick for killin dem cows and horses! go die' type of comments on twitter and youtube and stuff x-x ugh..

then again, big cats actually survive off the sick and weak in the wild so they're built for it. if you think about it o3o

This is freeze dried duck with no additives except some pea flour. And twelve bucks Canadian gets enough meat for four meals. For DUCK. I can't even afford beef for that price unless it's all chopped up and full of additives, sugar and chemicals.

**shakes head** Oi. And yeah, I know. So are dogs and stuff, but many people scream at the thought of them being fed anything but grade A meat.

o3o never had duck...

Anyone here know how to care for poinsettias? >x>

Dr. E gave us one for xmas.. (we gave him cookies) his receptionist over watered the poor thing ...

We've pulled it out of the pot, used toilet paper (out of paper towels) to absorb the extra water... it'll sit out tonight then we're gonna put it back in its pot. Root rot hasn't happened yet so I think we're safe for now. but care tips would be nice.. we want it to go red again next year >x<

Oh she was just sitting on the bed while I slept, so I'm used to it. Though I prefer her not too, but when I'm tired as hell I don't argue.

I am hurting still. Tomorrow I am taking a hot shower. I was going to today, but I was too tired and I was doing laundry and you can't shower and do laundry at the same time.

I wish I could sleep now. But I'm having problems.

That is such a cute calf and cow pic! Although they look pretty skinny, is that normal for that breed? Am I just used to overfed cattle?

I wouldn't know to be honest. oxo,

It could be normal for them to look like that as the calf was just born.

I just realized I missed the part about the CARE facility questions. It's a good thing I'm not on there to ask the people asking questions; "if they know how to read". Because ever since I was like seven I knew that in the wild, predators go after the weak, the old, the young and the sickly. So how can these people not know it's safe to feed sick animals to them? Unless it's something that affects all animals, then they won't feed them to them. So the predators are safe.
