Ugh. I'm still sore in my shoulder area and the area connecting my neck. I tried an icy hot patch, but it didn't work. Now my back smells and we've got laundry going so I can't shower right now.

Other than that I'm doing good, wish my brain would function better. I get a few sentences going for my story and then BAM! Blank. Ugh! So annoying.

The pain has finally died down a lot. I'm still hurting in certain areas, but it's not as bad.
