I think its a symptom of the IBS.. I've told the doctors about sleeping just fine then all of a sudden I'll wake up feeling like i'm in the middle of a snow storm nude. Doctors seemed to ignore that.. even my tummy doctor. He sent me a copy of his diagnosis to me, which also went to my family doctor, and said that "i did not experience chills" ... >:X I DO TOO! ugh hate doctors. they don't listen..

@DK: Come here to Omaha Nebraska our Nebraska Medical Center has the best hospital and they listen.

@redk5: I know, salt also is used against demons. Silver kills werebeasts, but can also slow down the healing of a vampire due to it being a pure metal. And there's other ways to take down monsters. I know many of them. But the more I have to add to my list the better. I eat a lot of garlic foods, so if a vampire gives me problems, I'll give it the kiss of death. lol Anyways I like having these kinds of info to use for my Netherworld stories. Just in case my human character needs to kill any of the monsters. So far she doesn't, but that's only because I'm only on the first few chapters.

Oh, I love some of the old stories about what to do in case of vampires. My favorites are to throw seeds down so they have to stop and pick them all up. Or the sock thing!

I was told that was Leprechauns (salt is better because it's tinier)
