Well where I live you shouldn't have wild turkeys running around.

I had a thought and my brain went blank on me. I hate that. XP

Oh well, should, shouldn't, there they are. I do that a lot too but it's usually not a whole train of that that gets lost. It's typically just a word or two that disappears on me. My brother calls it "tip of the tongue" because you're trying to think of the word and can't, and it's "right on the tip of your tongue" but you can't get it out...
normally I just work around it. I forget the word itself but I remember the rest of the thought so I just describe the word and keep going. Sometimes this leads to moments of hilarity. My coworkers especially are starting to notice and be entertained by it. So far their favorite was just a week or so ago when I was taking off and wished them a "Happy day-of-the-decorated-evergreen-tree, you-know-what-I-mean-stop-laughing"



Maybe there was a case of people starting to celebrate the new year early and things got out of hand already? That does happen....

Actually it wasn't a word, it was something I was planing on doing. I think. XD

I do know I am having problems coming up with a plot for my fairy tales story.

Are you trying to have an outline going in or are you trying to discover the plot as you write? Because I am happy to brainstorm fun plotline possibilities (I love brainstorming) but if you're not someone who wants to know ahead of time that'd be useless....

I'm reminded of when I first started writing with one friend.

"What's going to happen next?"
"Beats me!"
"...You don't have an outline?"
"Nope! :D"

ha ha ha, yeah, brainstorming plots for someone who likes to write like that is rather a waste of time, since part of the joy for them seems to be in the discovery. I take it you're usually a planner, though?
