I would if I could, but out here it's not easy to find a quirky teaset for a good price. They're all so boring and dull (or ugly)... There's not enough of a market for it out here so the really fun/cutesy ones hardly ever make it out here...

Awww, that's too bad. ;__; I often see cute stuff at secondhand or thrift stores. I've actually gotten some really nice porcelain pieces that way (not teacups, but vases and photo frames).

I wish it were like that out here... I know some of the secondhand stores in cities are good, but they're expensive (the good ones) the other really are junkstores though...

Dangit, that sucks. :c We are definitely lucky to have such good ones here. I went to one in Dallas and it was like the price of regular stores at the mall! o.O

Here I can get brand-name stuff that's hardly been worn for under $5. XD The prices have been going up though..

We've gotten some pretty decent furniture there as well, like my desk and the kitchen table/chairs. We're a bit on the low-end of income earnings, so stores like this really save us. ^^;

I like stores like that. Sadly they really end up being the same pricewise as normal stores (only a little cheaper, unless it's a good item, then it ends up more expensive or the same) so in the end it just becomes easier to buy them new and have them last a little longer... 2ndhand is easier to get for a good price online... so that's what we usually do...

Ahh, I see. That's too bad. :c Glad you're able to find things online, at least.

A lot of the things I've gotten are practically new or in great condition, so the amount of time they last isn't really a problem or a concern. xD The only reason I've gotten rid of things is because they no longer fit (I keep losing weight). Never had any durability problems.

yeah. Sadly the ones that are still almost new end up in different stores around here and get a pricetag that's the same as new stuff (only during the sales can I get stuff there)

That really sucks! Kind of defeats the purpose of going to that kind of store, too.

Sales are always good though. Only way I can afford some things. :'D

Yeah. My sentiments exactly... Why go to a secondhand store if you can't find anything cheaper...
