Well, as long as you're open to trying things you normally don't like from time to time, that's already pretty good imo :)

Tbh I'm trying to start cooking dinners for myself. Just to make sure I eat a relatively proper dinner more often. Rather than toast or rice and tuna..

It's made easier by the fact that from Tuesday to Friday Peter makes his own dinner (salad) and takes it to work. So he's therefore less likely to steal my leftovers which are my pre-made dinners.

Wow, seems like you have a lot of trouble caused by your partners...

But I can remember that it was pretty difficult with my 2nd bf as well. He never had breakfast, a lot for lunch and a lot for dinner as well. And dinner was pretty heavy usually. IF I eat dinner then usually something light like salad or eggs or sth like that, so it was pretty difficult to find something we could both eat and like.

I could sleep a bit better today :)

Lol, Julez, your bf kind of reminds me of my grandma XD I mean she doesn't eat normal breakfasts, because she effing sleeps till noon (it's almost 1pm, she's still in bed :mcmeh: ), so if anything she eats lunches. Sometimes at 3pm, and she calls it breakfast x.x Anyways, she sleeps late and goes to sleep late and thinks she eats little, but she just eats soooo effing late. No wonder she's got a permanent food baby :mcmeh:

Oh, by the way about her. A few days ago she received a letter from court, addressed to my grandfather (10 years dead, he was the plaintiff and he was also asking to make things faster because of his cancer #Polishcourts, am I right? But that's not the fun part yet), so I read it, told her she should call the number given in the letter (I pointed my finger to show her) and tell them her husband has been dead for 10 years now and ask if she should provide any evidence. And what she does? Nothing. She waits a few days, and yesterday she came up to Ash and showed him that same letter and he told her exactly what I did. He pointed to the number, told her to call them, inform them and ask them. So I said "yeah, that's what I told you before". And she said "I know, but you know, he's like the family's lawyer". And I'm like.... :mcmeh: :mcmeh: :mcmeh: Just admit that you believe a man knows best and you just desperately need a man to tell you what to do, because you're such a stupid goose :mcmeh: Srsly, he's not even in law school. His step-dad is a lawyer, true, but guess what, een lawyers have specialities, they don't always know everything. It happened a million times that Ash asked his dad about something law related he replied he'd have to ask his friend, because that's his speciality... Plus it's not even about being a lawyer, you just need to use your brain. All the info is there, you just need to read, find and take action, like, think, use some logic. Geez.
And now try to believe your grandma when she tells you you're so so SO smart, but she doesn't fucking believe your knowledge and instead goes to the only male in the house, who tells her the same flipping thing you've told her :qstr: :qstr: :qstr:
/Ending rant, ending rant... :mcgloom:

I'm getting used to rats just running everywhere during the day. They sometimes come out, but then at night they still want to be out and they calm down only at about 6 am :mcsweat: But I should say "she" probably, I noticed the desperate one is *drums please* Candy :mcsweat: :mcsweat: :mcsweat:

*confetti rain* for sleeping better, Julez!

I managed to relax a bit at the beautician, and even almost took that nap XD But I take forever to fall asleep and she came back before I could drift off :qsob:

I love cooking too. Just recently I've noticed a shift in myself, that I'm more comfortable being alone and cooking just for me. Before I wouldn't bother, but last night I couldn't wait to make food for myself and leftovers for today's lunch.

Just spent the afternoon/evening in London. I went to one single 20 minute show and left again XD what a waste of time, really. I was looking to meet up with two different friends, but both of them had gone home already and I didn't want to travel out of central London since it's such a distance from the trains I need to get home. So I ended up getting a small meal by myself in a cafe before leaving just to make the trip a bit more worth it XD

@Julez: I just don't even... "orz *enjoys the pat*

Poor you, can't sleep properly. I feel you, I can't sleep because of the rats (I've had the funniest experiences with Candy today, she almost killed herself running away from me because I was trying to take away dead leaves from her, which she apparently loves to eat :qlol: Stupid rat :qstr: She's quick tho, that beastie x.x). But we finally bought the crate and put some books on top of it until Ash gets some more utensils. Bad news though, he managed to scratsh his brand new glasses :mcgloom: And he got SO depressed. He even began counting how much he's borrowed to his step-dad overall (let me tell you, about 1/4 of the contribution we need to have for an apartment in our standards... that means we'd almost have the half by now :qsob: )
But I told him I'm glad it's just glasses and not his eye. Don't get me wrong, I'd still love him with one eye, I just really rather pay again for his glasses :mcargh: So he's pretty bummed out and I'm worried.
But the rats are in cage (with crate on top and books on top of the crate) for at least an hour by now and they are calm and no one wants to get out. So I hope we can at least get some sleep tonight. Would be nice :mcdead:

@jacob: I don't think I've ever experienced something like that o.O Maybe if I was about to heat up some chilli for myself XD

Aww, sorry nothing really worked out :qf:

Aww, I wish I could help. J is in optics so we try to get friends &
& family members some fixes for free, or at least for less. It's a shame you don't live here for that XD

It wasn't so bad in the end. I'm getting used to my own company, not even in a sad lonely way either, more like a relaxed and comfortable way.

jacob, it's nice to hear you get used to being on your own and also cooking for youself :) I also like that :) Although only for a certain period of time, not forever (of course).

mem, I am glad to hear you got the crate! Could you get some sleep?
I'm sorry for the scratched glasses though :( I can totally feel him there (as sb who has glasses, too). You're right, it's good it's only the glasses, not his eye, but of course it sucks that he has to pay for new ones :(

Confetti rain for me, please! I could sleep last night! I guess yesterday was so exhausting with all the things to do and the workout that I could fall asleep :) I am so happy! I woke up too early today, but I was not tired! I read a bit instead :3

Also, I ordered a few clothes and tried them on this morning, mostly business clothes. One dress is a bit too tight (it is so pretty :() and one fits on the bottom (nice booty I got in there xD), but is too wide on top (Julie has small breasts...). One dress fits perfectly. And guess what - they're all the same size from the same shop. So annoying. I will keep a few clothes, I don't like a few other ones and with one dress I will try to get it in another size.
