I used to have a Monopoly game on my phone a few years back. It was great because everyone else grumbles about playing it but I love it, so I could just play against the AIs without having to involve other people XD

Settlers of Catan?
I like that one.
Has anyone here played "Gloom"? More card game than board game, I guess. My sister got it recently, with a couple of the expansions. We've never finished a game because we keep getting distracted by the cards and laughing and making up dreadful stories.

Yeah, I have 2-3 extensions for it c:
I've heard of Gloom but haven't played it.
The most recent card game I played was Muggles against humanity (Harry Potter version of Cards against humanity)

Oh? Is that its own separate version or a kind of add-on to the basic Cards Against Humanity? How did you like it?

That sounds like a perfect game for a convention; you'd have a large concentration of fans there, I expect.
Someday I want to go to a convention as a Quest-Giver, and come up with all sorts of crazy things to send people on. I'm just not sure what sort of quest reward I could come up with that would work. It would probably have to be something simple like creating a stamp, so all I have to carry is stamp and an ink pad, and it wouldn't matter how many people did quests. Maybe a couple of them, for different quests?
Anyhow.
One of the quests would be to try out a game they've never played before, and play it with someone they'd never met before. A fittingly perilous and difficult task...
