I can talk to my parents on the phone. Anyone else makes me anxious.

Speaking of anxious, people always make me anxious in real life.
And I was telling my mom about it, and my aunt was like "Well, you need to fix it!"
You know because I don't take medication, go to therapy, and do self-help 8u

They don't!! >:T I don't have much anxiety problems myself, but it's completely understandable for someone who does. You can't simply just walk out the door and suddenly feel not fearful anymore.

It's like people telling an anorexic person to gain some weight. It's hard.
