I used to love applesauce with cinnamon. Can’t eat it safely anymore, though.
Didn’t need the sugar (and it was too much, really), so I took unsweetened applesauce and added cinnamon directly.
In general, I like mild flavors.

I like applesauce and cinnamon.
Still feeling bleh. My energy level is so crappy.
I'm lacking energy in drawing and writing too. And a bit unmotivated.

The Moon ones have a dolleh look to them that's pretty cute.
Yes. Cinna and applesauce is very tasty. Applesauce is also good on chicken. And in spaghetti sauce instead of tomato.

Tangent: while I like cinnamon oatmeal, vanilla/raisin/gogi berry oatmeal is amazing. It’s the perfect combination of flavors.

I like to throw a handful of nuts into my water as I bring it up to a boil before adding oatmeal. Rounds it out and is really nice in it, too.
:)
And if you're feeling fancy, a little barley malt on top for sweetener! Or honey.

Can't have goji berries or barley malt. So I'll stick with the cinna and brown sugar for cereal.

My mum has trouble with barley and barley products, so she can't have barley malt either.
You know, though, my absolute favorite way to eat oatmeal?
Get the old-fashioned normal rolled oat flakes, the thicker ones, not the 'instant' ones nor the ones that are rolled and then chopped up. Then the night before, put equal amounts of the oat flakes, live-culture (plain) yoghurt, and milk into a bowl and mix it up, stick it in the cooler and the next morning you're all set to go. It doesn't need any further flavorings, certainly no sweeteners, it's just good all on its own that way.... you don't have to cook it at all or fuss with it.
Tam I am do you like the salty-style licorice? Not the sweetened ones, but the salty ones?

I usually eat the instant stuff because of time, and I’m not safe around boiling water. :d in the morning I need warm food because I get so cold at night.

I do like the flavour of the salty licorice, but I can't have it because it's made with wheat. Back before I submitted to eating what doesn't wreck my guts I would buy a piece of that when I found it, and then suck on it till it faded away.
