@jacob:
Well, your dad then, just as well :)

@mem:
Ah, too bad. It's good that he only had to pay for the one :) That's already a lot better than paying for two :)

I know, I almost jumped from happiness, then deflated when I asked him if he's content and he's like "nope, I still had to unneccesarily spend money :mcmeh: " :mcheh:

Definitely worth saving an eye! Oh gosh, close situations like that make me nervous.
My mother altered clothes when we were young children, then stopped, and no one else really learned sadly.
My boyfriend impressed my by sewing up his own work pants a short time into our relationship xD At least our future children will have SOME chance!

It's also my dad who does the sewing in our family. Oh wait, my mum as well. Guess both can do it :)
And I know a couple where the guy does all the sewing, too, so it's not that uncommon (anymore) I guess :)
I should learn it, really. It will be definitely worth it.

Aw mem, I'm sorry that you couldn't get too much sleep, but I am glad Ash had to pay only one lense, this is already something!

I do not like ordering clothes, especially as I live in a town with many stores, I can just go there and try it on. But I haven't seen all those clothes in the shop and they had sale so I decided to order.

@mem: mostly because my mum refuses to do any of this kind of work xD she also refuses to do the ironing, which I have copied because I have about three items of clothing that need ironing so it's not necessary for me to do it XD End result: J's clothes are always wrinkled for work because he won't bother to do it often enough, lol.

He did get sunburn, which was highly predictable behaviour... he never wears hats or suntan lotion when I tell him, lol.

I just got back from an hour of walking to the doctor and back *falls over* I was lucky because apparently my appointment was 10 minutes earlier than I thought it was, but they saw me anyway.

*confetti rain* for Feb got here! :mcglee: (I can't remember you here before, but #goldfishmemory is strong in me xD)

I don't know how I can't sew with my mom being a tailor. I remember trying to learn... Maybe I sucked at it and gave up :mcargh:

;.bb (yep, that was Candy saying hi :mcheh: ) ... now I forgot what I wanted to say :mcsweat:

@Julez: Lol, that's exactly the same deal for me with ordering! xD Did not see them in the store, then there was some sale on the web :qlol:

@jacob: Oh, I dislike ironing either. Ash does it XD But it's also that I don't really need my clothes ironed and he only needs it when he has to wear a shirt and look decent :qt:

Lol, do you think he'll ever learn to use it? XD It's better for the skin anyways o3o

That's a lot of walking x.x

The rats go crazy again, they both dig out the soil from the plants... I had to wash Candy's paws and let me tell you, she's not easy with water... There was a lot of wiggling and squeaking over some lukewarm water :qstr:

Haha the image of her squirming in the water makes me laugh XD

I used to suck at cooking with my mum being a trained chef XD Later I learned to do it properly and like it because I did it all by myself, not with her haha.

It's not really funny, try bathing a cowardly rat. It'll splash the water with the tail going "helicopter" and will do anything to climb up your arm, no matter how deep the tiny needle-like claws go into your flesh x.x And I didn't even put her inside the water, I only wetted my fingers and wied the soil off her paws, and she still fought and squeaked like I was hurting her :qstr:

I gotta rant you guys. We have no water. They were doing something yesterday, so there was no water until about 1pm. Then it turned out we couldn't get any hot water, so they corrected that. But then at 2am, there was some breakdown and we're without water all day, until now. It doesn't seem like we will get it back today. So I'm pissed. Fine, I managed to do teh laundry yesterday anyway, so that's off my plate, but I can't do the dishes ( and I have to, how will I heat up the soy milk tomorrow morning?), Ash has to wash his hair and he won't be able to. I can't work out because I'll be all sweaty and won't be able to wash myself and I don't fancy being all disgusting. Good thing we have the metro station 5 meters away, so I can do all the physiological business in the metro toilets, but it's only open till 10pm and I pee during the night. ugh. I'm pissed. They don't seem to be in any hurry to repair the pipes, and I can see them under granny's window just standing there and chatting, like they're waiting for something. I want to kick them x.x

Oooh that sucks. Hopefully they will fix it soon. I hate these situations. Once I went home to visit my parents at the exact moment their boiler broke X.X
