yep, allergies do change. i didn't used to be able to have ice cream at all but now i can. it's just that the memory of ice cream not agreeing with me makes it still disagreeable to me; like i don't feel like having it even though i know nothing's going to happen if i do. so it stays on the list of milk products i avoid.

but it's not so with all the allergies. like i used to be allergic to cashews but now i eat them and really like them.

ahh so wheat flakes, kellog's has a version. they're like cornflakes but instead of corn they're made with wheat

I like shredded wheat cereals. Especially with the powered sugar on the mini wheats. I ate some earlier. I used to get the shredded wheat that came in big squares and then I'd break them up and add a bit of sugar to them. Yum! I used to call it hay. XD

i really like wheat flakes as cold cereal too, actually. i liked having them with cold vegan milk. oh well, not anymore i want to try making cereal at home though and see if it still affects my system. it might be an additive that's disagreeing with me rather than the wheat flakes themselves.

Ah yes. Additives can also be a problem. Ugh. It's going on 4am here and I need to get some sleep soon.

yep, the problem is they don't put absolutely everything on the box if it's little amounts so it's difficult to pinpoint just what's causing the problem.

Well I know I'm not allergic. I just don't like wheat or marshmallows. Cornflakes aren't good to me. Too bland
