M has bad asthma so it's always rough when he gets sick. I feel for you guys.

So I have a cold. *plops*
I'm so tired, but I'm trying to stay awake.

I have very little energy for anything. Ugh...I blew my nose and I heard a pop in my right ear.

Colds suck butt, I hope it doesn't drag on forever!

I'm cooking for the first night in forever.

I cooked today! I boiled some gizzards in nice salty water. Then thought I'd eat a few.

Ate the whole dang package and got a tummy ache. XD ooooops.

I'm not sure I'm brave enough to eat those. xD How is the flavor exactly?

Still sick. Didn't get to sleep until 8:30am after I got my daughter on her bus and I took care of my mom first. But I slept downstairs sitting up in a chair with my legs propped up on another with a pillow on my lap and my face in the pillow. How I didn't suffocate is beyond me. That way when my mom needed me I would be able to get up.

So...that's my day. I'm now at the computer and watching Charlie Chan in Shanghai with my mom.

It's pretty mild. There's an organ flavour, but not like liver. They're really the best when you boil them and then dip them in cornmeal and fry them brown. But so long as you don't over salt them like I did, they're lovely even just boiled.

Yes. I've grown used to it. It's amazing I don't fall out of the chair when I decide to sleep without my legs propped up and I'm holding the pillow on my lap.


Well for those of you whom I told my sister is pregnant, we found out the baby's gender. It's a boy. I'm trying to help her with unusual boy names. My daughter Joslyn suggested Dandelion, Rocky and Mickey. Auntie said she'd put them on the list.

I may try it fried since I'm southern but still I guess it's just the thought that makes it weird for me... even though I eat other body parts. :P

I've been trying to sleep on my back lately, I keep waking up on my side still. I guess it's a hard habit to break after 30 years.

Dandelion... well can't say I've ever heard that before. I wonder if he'd be picked on a lot tho.
