I should say I can't wait to see your merman picture done. If you want a water tip.
- Color the bottom of the pool like it would be with out water. maybe darker where the water is.
- On a layer over everything color the water like , remember ripples round people or things.
- Then bring down the opacity down so its kind of transparent.
- New layer above that, ad white dotty highlights on the ripples to make it glimmer in the sun! =3
