Question, question. Would you guys be interested in having weekly writing/drawing themes? It would be something a little easier than the memes in terms of art, but for writing, it requires writing an actual short piece (300 words to a page).

@Hart- I'm good with whatever. I didn't really participate in this one like I wanted to and I even had Morris' faceshots drawn out, I just never scanned them.

Well, I have 15 questions on the quiz so far... I can't think of five more, but I'd like to have an even 20.

*I'm going to destroy my mouse, because it has a back-button on the side... and it didn't save my damn quiz. >_<

There's a variety, the beginning is pretty much yes/no questions. I redid the form, trying to figure out two more questions.

What do you think is important to ask about a character, Hart?

We were going to discuss this for next week's topic, but flaws are very important. There are many different types of flaws, and not all of them benefit the character, writer, or the story.

Another good thing to address is viewpoints. How do your characters' viewpoints, beliefs, morals differ from your own? Also, what other differences are there between you and your characters? I'm not talking about "I'm human, and he's an alien prince from a planet of werewolves." I'm talking about stuff like life philosophy, or values in relationships, or temperament. Stuff that really makes the character, you know?

Another question is whether it's you who decides on where a story should go, or if it's your OC. Many times, it's both, but when you come to the point in the story where you want to go one way, but the situation heavily suggests another, do you give in? Or do you always find a way to "save your character from harm/embarrassment?"

I'd also like to know what or of relationship a creator has with their character --that is, from what direction or what attitude do they have about their character?
