  • Just relax. :3 Something will come to you.
    I don't know how strict your school will be about that kind of thing, but if it's anything like mine, there's definitely no worry.
    We were supposed to declare our majors by the end of Sophomore year and I didn't declare mine until towards the end of junior year simply out of laziness. xD

My school is the same...end of first semester is my own set time because the classes after that are a waste of time since i'm changing my major...

It so hard trying to figure it out...All I want to do is travel, constantly, everywhere...

Any ideas? :mcsweat:

I thought that I'd be less busy when school would be out. *sad vibes vibrating*

I don't know what I want to do for my major in the future... I might just pursue architecture. I wonder how many times I've said that to people, harhar. Shadorilia has a horrible memory.

@Mouse
I would only contradict a point if I was with my friends, since debating with them is fun. Otherwise I tend to keep to myself, because I don't want to start a fire, haha!~ As for the babies aren't cute thing, people tend to be okay with an opinion like that... but as for opinions on things like equality and feminism, your opinions might be considered "wrong."

But babies aren't cute for me too. = w=

  • @Meg -
    Think of majors that involve traveling, then?
    But it might be iffy to base a major around that.
    If you don't actually like what you're studying, then the only thing that will keep you going are thoughts of traveling, and that may or may not work.
    That's what your whole first year is for though, basically.
    You'll have your requirements, and then you'll have a free space or two for anything you'd like. It's the best time to feel around and see what suits you.

    @Shadow -
    I've always romanticized the work of an architect. But something tells me it's not exactly how I imagine it in my head.

    Talks about equality and feminism tend to piss me off, since most people are confused about what feminism even is. "Women just want to be superior to men!" "Men have it just as bad!" "This is oppression to men, you're all hypocrites!" -__-

  • Well, once you get a job I imagine it's different. I mean, from what I know, most people have one or two things that carry them through a job. But when it comes to college... You're going to be spending (more or less) four years on a subject and another five or so if you decide to get a higher degree. With all the time you're going to be putting into it, you've gotta have some kind of an affinity for it. So definitely pick something you like.

    Still, don't pressure yourself too much.
    No use stressing out over it. Like I said, something will probably come to you.
    Until then, just enjoy yourself. College is awesome. :3

  • No problem, Meg. I'm always glad to lend an ear. Or a pair of eyes, in this case.

So this is pretty random, but why are delivery systems so strange?? I made an order at an online bookstore called thrift books, and they sent packages via DHL Global shipping...The first package from georgia was sent to kentucky instead of straight here...then all of the others were as well...I wonder if its a main building and all packages have to go through there?

Then after that, the first package from georgia, I looked up tracking info at noon today to see if it had moved, and all of a sudden its where I live and out for delivery...why is the post systems so strange...? does this happen to anyone else?

What do you mean? My puny brain isn't receiving this information well, haha.

I'm one of those people who doesn't know the definition of feminism. I used to think that it meant equality, but now it apparently means women are superior to men, haha!~ Okay then.

@Meg
Although I'm not that old yet, I do have a tip to share... (a really cheesy and cliché one that people tend to not agree upon) I'd say just go out to the world, and experience the moment rather than stay in school and study. The studying part is important, but don't worry too much about it. Once you start doing it, you'll learn more.

Maybe it was moved so they could be sorted out... I don't know, haha! I wouldn't know any better because I never buy things online.
