I think I'm too freaked out and on edge to lay down. ^^;

Maybe I'll play pokemon a bit... I wish my bf was home tonight. It's all scarier for me since he's not here. :(

He's at work. I wouldn't expect McD's to have much concern for employees... At the very least it makes me feel better knowing he's giving comfort to people who were evacuated. Something familiar for them, ya'know. A lot of them lost their homes.. I guess it's burned 250+ homes already.

I wish he was here though. :(

wow. i thought corporate places have rules on emergencies... but i have no idea what those rules are.

and yeah. i guess that is probably where people would go to just chill as there's probably not that many places to go.

yeah. Well his store is not in the evacuation zone yet, but it's on the border. =\ So they're staying open. I just wish they had closed because we're so close to all this.. =_=

I can understand them wanting to hang out there too. He had people flooding into the lobby even though it should have been locked. :( It's a madhouse.

My kitties are spazzing out. They hate being trapped in my room. ^^; poor things

aw... are you guys caging your kitties when you evacuate?
but yeah. kitties get tense in situations. i remember my bf's coworker's kitty clinging onto him cuz their neighbor across the street had a fire.

Mine are just being brats cause they're in my room and not free to wander around.

We're going to put them in little cat carriers, but the guys place we're going to has other kitties.. so it's kitty friendly. So we'll likely just lock them in a room there if we have to go.

ugh, all this smoke has given me like a 3-4 day long headache. @_@

aw... that's good. i feel sad when i hear people having to ditch their pets or put them at a pet center or what not during evacuations cuz where they go don't allow pets.
