I do the nail picking too

always have always will though I try not to get too bad with it cause I had to regrow a nail once..



I just wear lipgloss at times.

@light I know there's a certain nail polish that tastes disgusting to stop you from biting but i don't have any and all my other nail polish has no taste once it dries. It does work still though because I want to keep them looking slightly nicer and who wants to eat nail polish anyway? I might paint my nails now that i'm being reminded

Ghost, what kind of magical nailpolish do you have??
I don't really use nailpolish much because I get irritated by the smell of it when I eat for quite a while after it has dried. I would imagine that it also still tastes bad then? But I don't bite my nails, so I haven't tried. I do bite hangnails though. But the smell alone would be enough to deter me from that when my nails are painted.

I don't know, i've just never found any that taste bad when they dry.

It sounds like I go around tasting dried nail polish as a hobby I don't though, I promise! lol. Sometimes I realise i'm biting my nails when I feel something on my tongue/teeth and then i'm like "eww what's that?.. oh. OOhh, Great i've just ruined my nail polish " such a frustrating habit! That's why it's hard to break, you don't even realise you're doing it a lot of the time

Maybe I'm just too sensitive to nailpolish smell, I hate a lot of chemical smells with a passion.

Randomly finding nailpolish in your mouth sounds pretty annoying... Good luck on breaking that habit! Maybe it's worth finding some anti-bite polish after all?
