I don't know if they deal with issues quickly. The game and all the Glyph games was just sold this year to a company that I've heard a lot of scorn for. I tried logging in this morning to the game, still being told my client's not authorized to make a login attempt, and to try later.

DK, ugh. I gave up on the Artix games because of the customer service. I could log in there, but most of the time H would freeze over before anyone responded to a help request.

I still can remember on 'Dragon Tavern' the day I strongly objected to a word they put on a new page. I was used to being told to shut up over on other non animated games, so I was shocked when they apologized and replaced the word.

I'm behind and I'm tired. And sore. I must have slept wrong.

Well, I hope they fix everything soon, if they're changing stuff since they just bought it...

Well, I've got one week of training my replacement left to go then I'll be able to wash my hands of them. I hope I can find another day shift job. I'm a huge morning person. Thankfully seems like quite a few places need day workers since a lot of people are in school during those hours. I kinda sorta want to go back to school but I owe them money right now...

Scam places keep calling mom, using very old (10years +) unpaid bills, threatening her with jail time if she dun pay up. I researched this, apparently a collection agency won't threaten jail time and its illegal for them to do so, so that is the first sign its a scam.

I get a lot of weird scam calls too. Some about credit cards being 'hacked' some about being 'served papers' and they think my name is some man's name... I just let everything go to voicemail honestly, even if it's family.

I keep telling mom to use the answering system to screen calls but nooooo she just has to answer it

Our most popular scam call is something about a car.. waranties, payments, repos, the like.. pisses mom off.. like don't answer.. =A=

My favorite ones are the 'we have detected something wrong with your windows computa' =w=
